QR Waiter: an AI waiter on every table.
Guests scan the QR code on their table, browse your menu on their phone, and order by tapping, typing or simply talking. The order prints in your kitchen a moment later — no app for guests to download.
Example ticket from a group order, printed on the restaurant’s own receipt printer.

QR Waiter, built to finish the job
At the table
One QR code per table opens your menu in the phone’s browser, in your colours. Allergies and number of guests are captured with every order, guests see live status, and asking the waiter calls a server.
Made for busy dining rooms
Hands-free or hold to talk when the room is loud. Say “give us a minute” and the waiter waits until someone says “waiter”. Second rounds print as additions to the first order.
Clear tickets in the kitchen
Prints on your existing Star, Epson or standard thermal printer, or from a PC. Grouped by course, allergy warnings that stand out, no prices, plus a live orders screen with a bell and email alerts.
Takeaway that skips the queue
One QR poster at the counter. Customers pay on their phone by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay into your own Stripe account, the kitchen only sees paid orders, and they get a text when it’s ready.
Home delivery on WhatsApp
Customers tap Home Delivery or Collection in a WhatsApp chat and get an order link. You set postcodes, fees, minimum order and delivery time; orders are paid upfront with WhatsApp updates to delivered.
Phone orders, read back
The AI answers your phone and takes delivery and collection orders, reads the address back and only sends the order once the caller confirms — onto the same screen and printer.
Live in a few guided steps
Add your menu
Upload the printed menu, then add dishes, prices and photos. Import a spreadsheet or paste a text menu.
Print your QR codes
Add your tables and print the sheet. Remove a table and its code stops working.
Connect your printer
Follow the setup steps for your printer and print a test ticket.
Go live
Work through the go-live checklist. Mark dishes off for the day whenever you need to.
Everything else your agents can do
QR Waiter: common questions
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Scanning the table’s QR code opens your menu in the phone’s browser.
How do guests order?
By tapping a photo menu, typing to the AI waiter (“what’s mild and vegetarian?”), or talking to it while they keep scrolling. Everything lands in the same basket, and the AI only offers dishes that are on your menu and available today.
How do dine-in guests pay?
At the end of the meal, as they do today. Online payment is for takeaway and delivery orders, straight into your own Stripe account.
Which printers does it work with?
Star, Epson or any standard thermal receipt printer, or printing from a PC. The portal walks you through setup and a test ticket.
Can guests change an order after sending it?
For a few minutes, which you choose. After that, changes go to your staff to approve or decline.
Who delivers home delivery orders?
Your own drivers today, using your own postcodes, fees and minimum order. Uber Direct courier booking is on the way.
